Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this project involved the renovation of an historic 1916 structure and the Olmsted landscape. The renovation included 18 apartments in the historic structure and the addition of 52 independent living, one and two bedroom apartments, as well as the provision of above ground structured parking. Conversion of the common areas included the addition of a commercial kitchen, dining facilities, a library and community rooms to accommodate social activities.

The project was financed with a Housing Development Action Grant (HDAG) administered through the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency and Historic Tax Credits.
