The Details

We reimagined York Beach’s historic Kearsarge House, built in 1898, into lodging for visitors to this Maine coastal community, while maintaining the building’s charm.

Working alongside the owners, we designed 25 units with a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Today, the York Beach Residence Club is a popular year-round destination for vacationers.
