We started design planning with this property’s previous owner, creating an interior master plan identifying how the community could better accommodate an incoming “boomer generation” clientele.

Working with Benchmark after they purchased the property, we completed the master plan, which called for an extensive renovation of the community’s lower-level amenity spaces, including all dining areas, the bistro, bar, gym, salon and activity room. The renovation adds vibrancy to the property, meeting the needs of incoming residents looking for fresh, clean design.
