Built in 2001, 273 Corporate Drive, a multi-tenant office building, was due for an update. Inspired by current office design trends, our interior design team created engaging spaces that focus on collaboration, flexibility and wellness.

The building’s central gathering space features comfortable, inviting seating to engage conversation and zones for impromptu meetings with high top tables and lounge chairs. Upholstered booths offer private space for focused work or colleagues to talk. Stairwells feature updated lighting and appealing details. The new space welcomes visitors and tenants alike to sit and relax.
