Our building design is inspired by Portsmouth’s history as a bustling shipping port. The dramatic structure enlivens the streetscape, creating a sense of place. Features include widened sidewalks, a public courtyard, pocket plazas, gardens and landscaped access ways. 60 Penhallow features a public market on the first floor, three floors of office space and two levels of underground parking. We provided interior design services to corporate tenants in the building as well as the ground floor food market.
