We’re entering the final stages of construction on Brick Market at 60 Penhallow, a mixed-use project in downtown Portsmouth, NH. Exterior work is almost complete and hardscaping is underway as is finishing trim work and additional building elements. Inside, offices on the upper two floors are already occupied and tenants are using the underground parking. Fitouts of the first and second floors are well underway. We’re excited to see this dramatic project near completion.
