The Details

Under the Department of Defense’s Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI) to provide quality housing to the armed forces, we developed designs for over 3,000 new and renovated homes.

Working with the U.S. Army and Picerne Military Housing, our upgraded housing designs contributed to an increase in recruitment and retention.
