The Details

North Hill, 27-years-old and one of New England’s first life care communities, recently completed a repositioning effort to ensure a bright and vibrant community well positioned for success over the next 25 years.

The community underwent an “extreme makeover” to attract the next generation of customers. Included in the project are 72 new private room skilled nursing accommodations in small house design, 48 new enhanced living units which include 12 memory care accommodations, 48 new independent living units, renovation of over 300 existing independent living units, and a new Main Street and Galleria connecting all the
amenities of the Life Enrichment Program.
