The Details

Nestled on more than 200 beautifully wooded acres of wildflowers and walking trails on the banks of the Exeter River, The Ridge at RiverWoods has a warm, residential feeling, with pitched roofs and natural siding.

Active Adult

Additional single and duplex cottages ranging in size from 1600 to 1800 SF offer an “active adult” experience. RiverWoods is committed to providing the best “aging in place” environment possible and the Ridge demonstrates this caring approach with this exciting addition to their campus.

Scope

The Ridge contains 81 independent living apartments, 27 assisted living units, 15 skilled nursing beds, and 8 memory-impaired (Alzheimer’s) units. Common areas include a dining room, country store, café, bistro, library, computer lab, state of the art fitness centers with swimming pool, art studios, and more.
