Sunrise Newton offers a personalized approach to assisted living and memory care. The project encompasses a three-story building with 85 assisted living and memory care suites, serving 108 residents.

Each suite includes custom finishes and safety features, including an emergency response system enabling residents to reach staff 24/7. Shared amenities include an expansive outside terrace, an oversized garden, a car courtyard and on-site parking.
