The Details

The Woods at Merrimack, a Sunshine Retirement Living community, is a 110,000 SF building with 102 market-rate units and a separate three-story, 30,000SF apartment building with 38 affordable apartments.

Units in both residences have the same finishes; the affordable apartment building features a small lounge with a kitchenette on the first floor. Residents of both buildings can access the community’s indoor and outdoor dining and recreational areas, which include a theater, library, pickleball and bocce courts, an open-air grill area, fire pit and dog park. The idyllic outdoor environment includes manicured courtyards and lush gardens. Interior spaces include spacious common areas and restaurant-style dining.

I’ve enjoyed working with your team… I have four projects under development with four different architects and JSA has been by far the best to work with.
