Even though this project isn’t technically “on the boards” any more, we’re spotlighting it here because it was one of our larger projects this year. Working with our client The Michaels Organization and construction partner North Branch Construction, this residence for graduate students at Dartmouth College meets a critical housing need and was completed six months early. Summit on Juniper was completed in fall 2022 and features four, four-story apartment buildings offering a total of 309 units with 628 beds. The contemporary clubhouse is a community gathering space, housing fitness facilities, mail and package delivery services and resident work spaces. An exterior patio with fireplace connects it visually to the outdoors; there is also easy access to an existing trail system.
